Watts announces Michael Fifer leaving the company

Watts Industries Inc. has announced that Michael O. Fifer, President of North American Operations, is leaving the company.

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., Dec. 9, 2002 -- Watts Industries Inc. has announced that Michael O. Fifer, President of North American Operations, is leaving the company.

On August 7, 2002, Watts Industries, Inc. announced the appointment of Patrick S. O'Keefe as its Chief Executive Officer. After assisting O'Keefe during his transition to Watts, Fifer has decided to leave Watts to pursue career opportunities elsewhere. O'Keefe said, "Michael has made many contributions to the company over the years and we wish him much success in his future endeavors."

Watts Industries, Inc. designs, manufactures and sells an extensive line of valves to the backflow prevention, water regulation and control markets, with annual sales of approximately $640 million.
