Hydraulic Institute opens registration for 2008 Fall Meeting

The Hydraulic Institute (HI) has begun the registration process for the 2008 Fall Management and Technical Meeting to be held at the Oak Brook Hills Marriott in Oak Brook, Illinois from October 7-11, 2008. The event, which is held in conjunction with the Pump Systems Matter Fall Sponsor Meeting, is designed to provide corporate executives, engineers, members and sponsors with the latest information on emerging trends, standards, management strategies, legislative issues and cost efficiencies...

PARSIPPANY, NJ, Aug. 12, 2008 -- The Hydraulic Institute (HI), North America's largest pump association and global authority on pumps and pumping systems, has begun the registration process for the 2008 Fall Management and Technical Meeting to be held at the Oak Brook Hills Marriott in Oak Brook, Illinois from October 7-11, 2008.

The annual networking and informational event, which is held in conjunction with the Pump Systems Matter™ Fall Sponsor Meeting, is designed to provide corporate executives, engineers, members and sponsors with the latest information on emerging trends, standards, management strategies, legislative issues and cost efficiencies. The event features the theme "Transcending Markets & Technology: Pump & System Optimization & Efficiency," and attendees will have the opportunity to participate in nearly 50 committee meetings, plenary sessions and Pump Knowledge Series workshops as well as meet with other professionals during the new CEO networking event and golf tournament.
