Wastewater lawsuit renewed in Nevada
PAHRUMP, NV, Nov. 28, 2010 -- A class action lawsuit has been renewed against Utilities Inc. of Central Nevada charging the utility with unlawfully discharging wastewater into ponds that irrigate a Pahrump golf course.
The papers were filed by three homeowners who contend that the sewage-filled water has devalued their Willow Creek golf course homes.
