Infiltrator Systems acquires manufacturers of EZflow drainfield systems

Infiltrator Systems has acquired Ring Industrial Group, L.P., the manufacturers of EZflow brand expanded polystyrene drainfield systems.

OLD SAYBROOK, CT, June 2, 2009 -- Infiltrator Systems Inc. has acquired Ring Industrial Group, L.P., the manufacturers of EZflow brand expanded polystyrene drainfield systems. The acquisition of Ring Industrial Group, L.P. is part of Infiltrator Systems' ongoing commitment to offer the most innovative and high quality products to the onsite wastewater industry. Infiltrator now offers a broad family of products that save septic installation professionals time and money.

EZflow products are well established in the onsite industry with 15 years of success and installations in over 30 states and Canadian provinces. The EZflow geosynthetic aggregate system is free from fines and engineered for optimal absorption efficiency. Modular bundled configurations make for fast, easy installations in septic drainfields and drainage applications. Manufactured from recycled materials rather than energy intensive mined natural resources, EZflow is a logical addition to Infiltrator's suite of green products.

With the addition of the EZflow product line, Infiltrator is the largest septic products company in the onsite industry with a combined 2.5 million systems installed across North America. Based in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, Infiltrator Systems Inc. has a staff of over 30 field sales representatives and an in-house regulatory and technical department to serve its customers.
