DENVER, CO, May 4, 2010 -- This year is turning out to be another banner year for the adoption of the MIEX® Technology in North America with ten new installations currently in construction and up to eight of these scheduled to start-up by the end of 2010.
Regions where MIEX® Systems are currently in construction include Alabama, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Dakota, Washington, Alaska and Saskatchewan Canada. The capacities of these water treatment plants range from 300 gpm to 14 MGD.
"We are very pleased to see the market embracing the MIEX® Technology for meeting current and future DBP standards. And with quite a few more installations to commence construction later this year, 2011 also promises to be a very busy year for us," said Shane Jones, President Orica Watercare.
