Valve products that are compliant with the American Iron and Steel Act (AIS) are now being adopted and demanded in many water and wastewater treatment plants across the United States. Are you one of them?

The AIS provision requires Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) assistance recipients to use iron and steel products that are 100 percent produced in the United States. These requirements apply to projects for the construction, alteration, and maintenance or repair of a public water system or treatment works.
