Ontario city implements new customer service, billing solution

The Corporation of the City of Brantford completed its implementation of CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution from Advanced Utility Systems.

BRANTFORD, ON, AND TORONTO, ON, March 19, 2014 -- The Corporation of the City of Brantford recently completed its implementation of CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution from Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation.

With CIS Infinity now live at the City, users will be able to take advantage of features such as the automation of repetitive tasks, enhanced reporting capabilities and increased interoperability for the improvement of day-to-day operations, and better information sharing.

The city of Brantford, located in the heart of Southern Ontario, is a vibrant community with a population of approximately 97,000.
