DENVER, CO, Nov. 30, 2009 -- The American Water Works Association (AWWA) announced today that registration is open for the 2010 Customer Service and Information Management Technology Conferences Exposition (CS/IMTech), which will be held in Portland, Oregon, March 21-24, 2010.
CS/IMTech is the water industry's source for learning about the most up-to-date customer service and information management and technology methods and techniques. The 2010 conference program will focus on GIS and SCADA technologies, CIS, social media, mobile resource management, rate setting, and distribution systems network modeling.
