LAKE ELSINORE, CA, and TORONTO, ON, Canada, July 10, 2007 -- Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris Computer Systems is pleased to announce that Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD), California has selected CIS Infinity® as its customer information and billing solution for its 38,000 water, wastewater and agricultural customers.
EVMWD, a special district located in Western Riverside County, provides high quality water and wastewater services across its 96-square mile service area and with its selection of CIS Infinity as its CIS and utility billing solution, will be able to realize additional efficiencies in its day-to-day operations.

As part of the implementation, Advanced will work with EVMWD to introduce a number of enhancements including customizations to Advanced's eCare, their web-based customer care portal. In addition, Advanced will work alongside Lawson Software and EVMWD, as the district initiates their change over of their financial systems to Lawson Financials in addition to their current CIS and utility billing system.
The implementation of CIS Infinity is set to start over the coming weeks with an expected LIVE in 2008.
