MEMPHIS, TN, MAY 17, 2018 -- Clevest has been selected by Memphis Light, Gas and Water for an enterprise-wide Mobile Workforce Management solution to replace their ABB legacy system.

Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) provides electric, gas and water services to their 426,000 consumers, and is the largest three-service utility in the Unites States.

"Having reached the end-of-life of our existing legacy system, we went to the market for a replacement solution," stated Michael Faulk, Supervisor CIS-GIS-MDT, MLGW. "We selected Clevest based on their strong value and exceptional product features including GIS asset information, AccuWeather integration, and support for iPhone and Windows tablets." Faulk continued, "Clevest's previous experience in replacing the same legacy system at other multiservice utilities was also an important factor in our decision."

Clevest Mobile Workforce Management will be deployed in a high-availability configuration with integrations to the utility's Banner CIS, Esri ArcGIS, and ABB CadOps systems. The deployment will include Clevest’s WorkSpace for office users and dispatchers, WorkBook for mobile (field) users, and the WorkBook for Supervisors app. Clevest applications will include schedule optimization, customer appointment booking, business intelligence dashboards and reports, and interface with Google Maps navigation. MLGW’s team will also be trained on Clevest’s Genesis Configuration solution, in order to bring about system enhancements themselves.

"We are pleased to partner with Memphis Light, Gas and Water to deploy the latest version of our Mobile Workforce Management solution,"stated Julien Marin, VP of NA Sales for Clevest. "Our software will provide MLGW with new efficiencies through the upgraded workforce automation system, supporting their business processes across electric, gas and water divisions."

To date, 220 utilities have selected Clevest to manage their field workers, crews and contractors. Combined, the Clevest solution serves 100M+ consumers through 12,000+ mobile workers and 1,200+ dispatchers.
