SAN BERNADINO, CA, MARCH 19, 2020 -- Clevest has won the Esri Partner Conference Award for Fostering Engagement. This award recognizes Clevest’s compelling use of Esri technology to drive engagement in multiple business systems of record. The award winners from this annual event are chosen from thousands of Esri partner organizations worldwide.
The award recognizes the innovative enhancements in Clevest Mobile Workforce Management gained through engagement with Esri partners Geotab and SAP. These partners enable Clevest to provide a single source for multiple applications – including scheduling, dispatch, and mobility – and tie their business systems together to give mobile utility crews access to data in multiple systems of record (GIS, SAP IS-U/PM, logistics, finance, HR, AVL, etc.).
Clevest’s partnership with Geotab allows the integration of Geotab’s advanced location technology into the Clevest and Esri platforms – optimizing decision-making and improving efficiency by giving utilities, telecoms, and municipalities precise location and telematics data for their fleets.
Clevest’s SAP Add-on Component (AOC) advances beyond basic SAP integration for work orders by including support for SAP notifications, timesheets, job costing, and more. Clevest’s standards-based approach to SAP integration meets the exacting standards of IT departments, and provides both the adaptability and flexibility needed for conforming to any customizations made on the SAP side.
Through the multi-partner engagement with Esri, Geotab, and SAP, Clevest developed a Network Assessment Framework solution for line patrols, vegetation management and damage assessments, which streamlines large asset-related tasks and provides workers with the ability to collaborate in real-time to complete exceptional or periodic work assignments.
“Clevest has shown how using location for integration of natural and man-made assets and services increases their efficiency. Clevest is building their business through collaboration with other Esri-partner companies, and demonstrating that location is a major factor in planning and efficiency,” said Alex Miller, president, Esri Canada.
“Our customers have seen the value of these strategic business partnerships, which means we have too,” says Carol Johnston, Clevest vice president of product and marketing. “As an Esri Partner, Clevest has received excellent support. Esri’s technical experts worked closely with our engineering team to advance the development of initiatives such as our Network Assessment Framework leveraging ArcGIS technology.”
Esri previously awarded Clevest the Best Mobile Application Award. That award recognized Clevest’s use of the latest features of the ArcGIS Platform for the WorkBook mobile application, an integral component of Clevest Mobile Workforce Management.
The award was presented at the Esri Partner Conference in Palm Springs, CA on March 8, 2020.
