ACE15: Professional sessions to encompass Total Water Solutions

In preparation of its Annual Conference & Exposition, American Water Works Association and its local section partner, the California-Nevada Section, have compiled a professional program focusing on Total Water Solutions to address the changing needs of the global water community.

DENVER, CO, May 22, 2015 -- In preparation of American Water Works Association's (AWWA) Annual Conference & Exposition (ACE15), taking place June 7-10 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif., the organization and its local section partner, the California-Nevada Section, have compiled a professional program that will focus on Total Water Solutions (TWS) to address the changing needs of the global water community.

The two TWS professional sessions to be held during ACE15 are:

Innovative Communication and Engagement Strategies for Improving Customer Relationships (Monday, June 8 @ 2-4 p.m.)

The Future of Water Utility Management: Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA) (Tuesday, June 9 @ 9 a.m.-12 p.m.)

HomeServe, ACE15's opening general session sponsor, is an advocate in supporting TWS as the largest provider of home repair service plans. HomeServe will lead the TWS session, titled Innovative Communication and Engagement Strategies for Improving Customer Relationships.
