Quantum Energy Group, an energy, construction, and project management company based in Applegate, California, has completed more than 400 residential, commercial and institutional installations. They have been licensed contractors in the state of California since 1984, and as MJD Solar, began marketing and installing photovoltaic systems in California in 2001. With a background in engineering, design and construction, they have grown rapidly in California and have come to be recognized as a leader in photovoltaic design and installation.
The stock purchase of Quantum adds an important expansion of design and delivery capability to WorldWater's portfolio of solar electric and water management projects.
