DALLAS, June 11, 2003 -- Dresser Inc. announced that negotiations between its Dresser Instruments businesses located in Stratford and Shelton, Connecticut, and the Production and Maintenance employees represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 145, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, were successful resulting in a new five-year labor agreement. Details of the agreement were not disclosed.
Calvin E. Kish, vice president and general manager of Dresser Instruments stated, "I am pleased that the company and its employees have come to a mutually acceptable agreement.
