COLUMBIA, MO, April 2, 2010 -- Environmental Dynamics Inc. has partnered with St. Louis based electric utility Ameren UE as part of their "Business Energy Efficiency Program." As a leading supplier of aeration systems for wastewater treatment, EDI assists eligible communities in receiving cash incentives for making energy efficient equipment upgrades to their wastewater treatment facilities. In the most recent example of this energy partnership the City of Bowling Green, Missouri was awarded over $55,000 in cash incentives for the equipment upgrades provided by EDI (in association with Alliance Water Resources) that resulted in energy savings for the community.
Eric Stasen, Business Development Manager for EDI stated "Environmental Dynamics is delighted to participate in Ameren UE's Business Energy Efficiency Program. The rebates offered by Ameren represent a significant opportunity for municipalities to offset the cost of equipment upgrades required to reduce energy usage that lead to a greener future for us all."
