The Reader's Choice Award was announced in the magazine's November/December 2003 issue.
In October 2003, Apartment Finance Today asked its subscribers to name the best providers of various financial services, management services and building products. The survey was conducted by Research USA Inc., an independent research firm. The firm sent surveys to 3,000 randomly selected developers and owners from the magazine's subscriber file. The response was impressive, with 25% of those contacted completing the survey.
