Global Water Resources acquires two Arizona-based water utilities

ARIZONA -- Global Water Resources, a water resource management firm, has acquired two small Arizona-based water utility companies, Lyn-Lee Water Company and Tortolita Water Company.
Financial details of the deals have not been disclosed.
“We look forward to bringing our leading water resource management capabilities to these communities."Global Water Resources president and CEO Ron Fleming said. "We expect all stakeholders involved to benefit from our successful approach to utility consolidation, operations and water conservation best practices.”
In Pima County, Tortolita and Lyn-Lee represent Global Water’s third and fourth acquisitions for this year.
