Global Water Resources acquires two Arizona-based water utilities

ARIZONA -- Global Water Resources, a water resource management firm, has acquired two small Arizona-based water utility companies, Lyn-Lee Water Company and Tortolita Water Company.

Financial details of the deals have not been disclosed.

In Pima County, Tortolita and Lyn-Lee represent Global Water’s third and fourth acquisitions for this year.
