Core & Main, a leading specialized distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services, has closed its previously announced acquisition of Pacific Pipe Company, Inc., based in Hawaii.
The close of this acquisition is Core & Main’s 13th since becoming an independent company in August 2017, marking an impressive rate of growth and expansion for the company.
Based in Hawaii, Pacific Pipe Company a distributor of engineered construction products for the agriculture, golf, irrigation, and waterworks industries in Hawaii. It has four locations and serves municipalities and contractors in the water, wastewater, storm drainage and irrigation industries throughout Hawaii with a broad product offering.
