Summary

Generative AI is creating a new layer of operational intelligence for water utilities, one that surfaces insights no single system has ever been able to provide. This session cuts through the hype to answer the questions utility leaders are actually asking: Is this safe? Where do we start? What does responsible governance look like? Drawing on real deployments and framed around the global water sector's shared challenges, the message is simple: no utility needs to do everything, but every utility can do something.
