Californian company Energy Recovery has been awarded two contracts worth $1m contract in India and Ghana.
The first project will see the company’s PX Pressure Exchanger technology and Aquabold pumps installed in a desalination plant in Bhavanapadu.
The second has seen Veolia Environment purchase the same pressure exchanger technology and pumps for a desalination plant near the southern top of Ghana.
At the end of last year, the Californian company won a contract to provide its technology into the Mirfa desalination plant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (see WWi story).
