Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust Selects Inframark for Water, Wastewater Services for Tinker Air Force Base
The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT) has recently awarded a five-year partnership to Inframark LLC for operations, maintenance and repair services for its water and wastewater systems at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB).
The contract commenced in August 2021. The addition of TAFB builds on Inframark’s growing presence in Oklahoma, where they also operate seven other projects including OCWUT’s wastewater facilities, which treat more than 110 million gallons per day.
“Oklahoma City is strongly committed to helping the United States Air Force by ensuring that its water and wastewater systems remain reliable to meet the government’s mission. The selection of Inframark to provide daily operations and maintenance services will assist us in meeting this commitment” said Chris Browning, Trust General Manager.
Inframark has been providing full-service public-private contracts for operations, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater facilities in Oklahoma for 40 years, with a large number of backup technical resources.
“Inframark is proud to expand our partnership with the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust,” said Inframark Vice President Kirt Ervin. “The vast resources we have in the Oklahoma City area will ensure that Tinker Air Force Base receives the same excellent service we have provided the OCWUT since 2017.”
