HARLEYSVILLE, PA, June 9, 2005 (PRNewswire-FirstCall) -- Raymond J. De Hont, chairman and CEO of Met-Pro Corp., announced the company's Fybroc Division, in Telford, Pa., has received an order to supply 35 corrosion resistant fiberglass centrifugal pumps for the Phase III development project now under way at Atlantis, Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas. The combination of horizontal and vertical pumps will be shipped in the fourth quarter of the company's current fiscal year. The value of this order is in excess of $400,000.

A key attraction of the Phase III development project will be a "Dolphin Encounter" exhibit, which will include the Fybroc pumps. The horizontal end suction and vertical pumps will be utilized for seawater circulation and filtration, both of which are critical to proper management of the aquarium's life support system.

Fybroc was selected for this project based on their extensive experience in this field, as well as the successful installation and performance of their pumps in Atlantis' two previously constructed development projects. Fybroc pumps, which are virtually unaffected by seawater, are installed in over 100 aquariums worldwide, including locations in Australia, Barbados, Canary Islands, China, Europe, Grand Cayman, Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Taiwan, and multiple U.S. locations.

"This is another example of Fybroc's performance, reliability, support and service having resulted in a repeat order from a valued customer," stated De Hont. "The receipt of this order reinforces Fybroc's position as the leading FRP pump supplier to sea life aquariums around the world and allows us to remain optimistic about our prospects for future awards of this type at Fybroc."
