Membrane technology company Hydranautics has launched two spiral wound reverse osmosis membranes for industrial and demanding municipal water and re-use applications.

Membrane technology company Hydranautics has launched two spiral wound reverse osmosis membranes for industrial and demanding municipal water and re-use applications.

First up is the CPA7-LD, the company’s sixth generation membrane, offering 99.8% salt rejection and 52 m3/day permeate flow. Meanwhile, the second membrane - ESPA2-LD MAX - offers a 440 ft2 membrane area using a 34 mil thick feed spacer, which the company said is a “the first of its kind in the industry”.
