Midwest Mole Names New Operations Manager and HDD Division Manager

[INDIANAPOLIS, IN] (May 2016)—Midwest Mole, Inc., a leader in the trenchless technology industry, is pleased to announce that Joseph (Joe) Butor, P.E., will take on the role as the company’s Operations Manager. In addition, Mike Spaulding has recently joined the company as HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Division Manager.

For the last 35 years, Midwest Mole has gained a well-known reputation for adhering to the highest standards in safety, excellence and integrity in the underground construction market. According to Dan Liotti, CEO of Midwest Mole, these two leaders will continue to keep these values at the forefront of what the company wants to embrace and accomplish for its clients.

Butor’s new position will include a broad range of responsibilities that will offer support, as well as proactive and strategic drive in safety, quality and productivity with his staff and within the company.

As HDD Division Manager, Spaulding’s responsibilities will range from managing, estimating and growing HDD Business to diligently working and communicating with customers, owners and utilities, as well as all suppliers and vendors. In addition, he will be accountable for making sure all HDD personnel provide quality, reliable service in a way that keeps the focus on safety for all personnel, the public and the environment.
