A two day industry-focused event in the historical heart of Bruges
Water Reuse Europe, the trade association for the European water reuse sector, will hold their first annual conference and exhibition on Innovations in Water Reuse on 9th-10th October 2017 in Bruges. The conference brings together reuse scheme developers, technology suppliers, regulators, researchers, and end-users from across Europe to share perspectives and knowledge. The event includes discussions on the future of the European water reuse sector as a major element of the circular economy, showcases innovative reuse schemes and technologies, and provides a networking opportunity for professionals, companies and institutions involved in the sector.
The conference will feature industry-leading keynote speakers, debates, site visits to some of Europe’s most successful water reuse schemes, a conference dinner and the annual Water Reuse Europe awards. Dubbed the “Little Venice of the North”, the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bruges will host the two-day event.
“We are very excited to announce our first conference. It is going to be a fantastic event for anyone working in the water sector who is interested in water reuse. We are bringing together industry-leaders from across Europe, we will be in a beautiful city and we have presentations from prestigious speakers and visits to reuse sites. It’s going to be a fantastic event.” – Paul Jeffrey, Director of Water Reuse Europe.
