DAVIS, CA, MAY 4, 2017 -- West Yost Associates (West Yost) has acquired Whitley Burchett and Associates (WBA), headquartered in Walnut Creek, California. WBA specializes in providing municipal water, wastewater, and recycled water planning, permitting, and design services. "WBA has been a teaming partner with West Yost for many years," said Charles Duncan, West Yost president.
