MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 24, 2006 -- In support of its new by-line, "Education and Networking of Industry Professions," the American Filtration & Separation Society (AFS) yesterday announced implementation of new benefits and programs for AFS Corporate Sponsors. These are leaders in the filtration industry representing filter manufacturers, their media, adhesive and equipment suppliers and filtration product end-users. No other organization can meet the needs of the entire industry.

New programs for Corporate Sponsors include:
• On-site availability of the AFS Filtration Short Course program originally offered only at the AFS Spring and Fall Conferences. All courses are taught by filtration industry engineering and education leaders. CEU's are awarded according to standards set by the engineering community.
• A Plant FloorSM section has been added to all AFS Expositions where users can view filtration and separation equipment and products operated in real time.
• The AFS "Filtration Pavilion" will be an integral component of the 2006 Powder & Bulk Solids Show, May 9-11 at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont IL. AFS Corporate sponsors receive reduced rates for their booths as well as complementary passes to the AFS Spring Conference held concurrently with the expo.
• AFS Corporate Sponsors will have access to the Filtration Employment Opportunities Program in the "Filtration Pavilion", The program will facilitate the networking between Filtration Industry companies and those qualified filtration industry participants
