RACINE, Wis., July 16, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pacific Sands Inc. company has appointed M.R. Rauscher to its board of directors. Rauscher, 41, has an extensive background in sales, marketing, customer support, and product development, and is currently a technical marketing executive "Fortune 10" chemical company.
