ResinTech, an ion exchange resin and water purification company, announced a significant expansion to its Camden, New Jersey headquarters.
ResinTech says that the expansion is aimed at bolstering production capacity for its U.S. resin and filter manufacturing, as well as the burgeoning lab services business.
Coming two years after the company’s move into the facility, the project will add 30,000 square feet to the existing 186,000-square-foot factory.
The company awarded the expansion contract to Penntex Construction.
"When we opened this factory just two years ago, we promised to produce the highest quality U.S. made products available,” said Jeffrey Gottlieb, ResinTech’s CEO. “We found that when we offer these premium quality products along with state-of-the-art lab services and world-class technical support, the demand for each is accelerated. The need for this expansion is a reflection of that demand in the U.S. and overseas."
The company said the expansion project is also poised to create job opportunities and stimulate even more economic growth in the region.
The company stated that the expansion’s key benefits include:
- Increased Production Capacity: The expanded facilities will allow ResinTech to scale up production to meet the rising demand for its resins, filters and lab services.
- Advanced Warehousing Solutions: The new warehousing capabilities will enhance efficiency in inventory management.
- Job Creation: The expansion is expected to generate employment opportunities, contributing to local economic development.
