The Kiely Family of Companies, a design-build solutions companies, has acquired Industrial Treatment Technologies Inc., a company that helps establish wastewater treatment facilities.
Founded in 2010, Industrial Treatment Technologies, (ITT), located in Fernandina Beach, Fla., is a national provider of wastewater treatment facility design, construction and operations services. With 30 years of experience in process water, wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, and energy and plant operations, ITT reduces water and wastewater operating costs and ecological footprints for large industrial and manufacturing facilities. The services provided by ITT will further expand Kiely’s water resources capabilities.
The Kiely Family of Companies, founded in 1952, focuses on design-build solutions for the engineering and construction industry and is headquartered in Tinton Falls, N.J. Kiely’s services are organized into three business units: Civil, Development, and Equipment. Each unit comprises multiple standalone companies that work together to offer a design-build experience.
