HORSHAM, PA, DEC, 5, 2017 -- Severn Trent - North America has changed its name to INFRAMARK. The name change, which comes following a separation from former UK parent Severn Trent Plc. (London: SVT.L) earlier this year, reflects the company's commitment to creating deeper client partnerships as a leader in the water and infrastructure services space. As part of the name change, INFRAMARK is launching a new brand identity, corporate website and supporting materials that more effectively communicate the depth of its offering, its refined service model, and the strength of its culture as a standalone American company.
"The name INFRAMARK is a direct reflection of our focus on the core operation of water infrastructure, as well as the complementary critical support services to community infrastructure," said Stephane Bouvier, CEO of INFRAMARK. "Importantly, our new name emphasizes our commitment to setting the 'mark' as the standard of excellence in partnerships with clients in the municipal, industrial and local district segments. We are excited to move into the future in a stronger position as the partner and protector of the most critical resource that helps communities prosper."
Under the INFRAMARK name, the company will organize into two broad business lines. The Water Infrastructure Operations group delivers critical water and wastewater operations and maintenance services to clients in municipalities, municipal utility districts (MUDs) and the industrial sector. The Infrastructure Management Services group delivers financial, administrative, and specialized support services to communities, associations, municipalities, and special districts. Establishing these distinct business lines will streamline client services and allow INFRAMARK to tailor its offerings to meet the specific needs of individual clients.
The new name is effective immediately, and will be implemented across all company materials and assets.
