WIESBADEN, Germany – Two European filtration companies have combined forces to provided a bolstered spiral-wound membrane offering.
Mann+Hummel company Microdyn-Nadir has acquired Oltremare, based in Fano, Italy, for an undisclosed sum.
The Italian firm, founded 25 years ago, will continue operating under the leadership of Marco Nava with its private-label spiral products and the distribution of reverse osmosis, ion exchange and other products used for water treatment and purification.
Microdyn-Nadir acquired TriSep Corporation in November 2016.
Walter Lamparter, CEO of Microdyn-Nadir, said: “This strategic purchase is a continuation of Microdyn-Nadir's commitment to service both the Water & Wastewater and Process & Specialties application segments.”
