The company beat a strong list of contenders to this prestigious award demonstrating excellent progress in customer service with work backlog reduced by an impressive 95 percent since January 2006.
Working in partnership with ClickSoftware, Anglian Water made significant improvements, transforming the way it planned, deployed and analyzed the resources needed to deal with operational customer service enquiries.
