The five-year deal includes the water reclamation plant and lift stations.

HORSHAM, PA -- Inframark, LLC, is pleased to announce that the company has re-entered into a five-year partnership with the Lewes (Del.) Board of Public Works (BPW) for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the 1.5 million gallons per day (MGD) Howard H. Seymour Water Reclamation Plant and 31 lift stations. Inframark previously operated the facilities from 2002 to 2017.

“Inframark brings to the table a vast experience in operating microfiltration plants throughout the U.S.,” said Lewes BPW General Manager Darrin Gordon. “They also bring a professional staff with incredible bench strength. If additional help is needed from outside of the local area, Inframark has its entire U.S. staff to draw from.”

The re-addition of Lewes builds upon Inframark’s growing presence in the Mid-Atlantic region, where the company currently operates 14 projects in Pennsylvania, as well Elkton, Md., Danville and Chatham, Va., and Yanceyville, N.C.

“We are pleased to partner once again with Lewes and the Board of Public Works in delivering high-quality services to protect the community’s environment,” said Inframark’s Vice President Jerry Shupe. “We are looking forward to delivering the kind of wastewater operations that the citizens of Lewes should expect and deserve.”
