HORSHAM, PA -- The City of Spencer, Okla., has awarded Inframark a five-year contract to operate and maintain its water and wastewater utility operations that include the wastewater treatment plant, collection system, wells, and water distribution. The contract is effective May 1. The addition of Spencer builds on the company’s growing presence in the Sooner State, where we are leveraging, to the benefit of Spencer, our significant resources at six other municipal operations, including Oklahoma City.

“We are excited about building this new relationship with Inframark. The citizens of Spencer have been patient and deserve quality services as it relates to our water system,” said Spencer City Manager Shamia Jackson. “The improvements scheduled to be made by Inframark will yield healthy, sustainable wastewater and water treatment systems. We trust that this partnership will be beneficial for all parties, especially the City of Spencer.”

Inframark has been providing full-service public-private contracts for operation, maintenance and management of water and wastewater facilities in Oklahoma for 40 years, with a large number of back-up technical resources that are second to none in the industry. The company also provides more expertise than any other operator in the state.

“Inframark is proud to partner with the City of Spencer in the operation of its water and wastewater facilities,” said Inframark Vice President Kirt Ervin. “The vast resources we have in the Oklahoma City area will ensure that we provide the City and its customers with the excellent service they should expect and deserve.”
